The Coach House is set in the heart of the Harburn Estate and is part of the former Estate Steading. It has been beautifully converted to form a spacious semi-detached three bedroom property. Upon entering The Coach House you are immediately drawn to the large open-plan living space with kitchen and dining facilities. The living area of this space has a large wood burner, two sofas of which one is a double sofa bed, two armchairs and a large TV with Sky included. The kitchen area has all modern appliances you could wish for as well as a dining table with space for eight people. The Coach House has been so lovingly restored and decorated that is a pleasure to spend time in. The setting is truly fabulous with the Harburn Estate’s landscaped gardens, woodlands, lochs and parkland to explore.
Within a mile is the Harburn Golf Club and bistro, and it serves an excellent selection of food and drink. Livingston is nearby for eating out, shopping and fun activities. Edinburgh and Glasgow are easily reachable by both motorway and train from nearby West Calder Station. Stirling and the gateway to the Highlands, the Trossachs National Park and Loch Lomond are all accessible within approximately an hour by car. Beach 22 miles. Shop 7 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
