Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and slate floor.
Bedroom: With kingsize bed, wooden floor and en-suite with copper Roll-top bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and toilet (also accessed from hallway).

Initial logs for wood burner included. Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 cars. Please note: There is uneven ground in the garden.

Both properties: Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. These properties each have a security deposit of £200. No smoking.
