We work closely with the Ferry Companies and Eurotunnel to ensure that we can provide you with the widest range of crossings at the ferry operators' best prices.
Once you have selected your accommodation you will be offered the chance to request a quote for Ferry or Eurotunnel travel. If you select this option then during the booking journey you will be given the opportunity to provide us with as much information as possible about your Ferry / Eurotunnel requirements. Please see below for more information on operators, crossings, frequency and crossing times.
After you have completed your booking online one of our expert staff will give you a call back to discuss your requirements, check the ferry availability and confirm the price. We are confident that we can provide the best ferry price* for your holiday, so much so that if you find the same return ferry crossing cheaper directly with the operating company we will refund the difference.

1. Applies to UK, Ireland, France & Italy cottages. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions.
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2013 which are booked before 31st March 2013.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any Eurotunnel and Ferry costs and insurance premiums. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance, Eurotunnel and Ferry bookings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.
6. Not available with any other offer except offers featured in our main brochure.
7. Depending on popularity and property availability, this offer may be extended or withdrawn.

Price match guarantee applies to the return ferry element of your holiday only (departing UK) and to the following companies, P&O Ferries, LD Lines, Eurotunnel, DFDS, Brittany Ferries, Stena Line and Irish Ferries. The ferry element must be like for like and include the same ferry routes, dates, times, cabins and extras. The cancellation policy and deposit terms must be the same. If you find the same crossing cheaper with these companies within our opening hours on the same day you have booked with us, we will match the price. Proof of direct booking price will be required. Does not apply to bookings made with operators' vouchers or discount codes or special promotions that these companies may run from time to time which exclude the trade. We may withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
